Momentum Health Solutions tailors gym programs designed for Strength and Conditioning to improve performance of tasks at work, home or sport.
Strength and Conditioning programs are individualised to meet your goals, whether it is to improve physical capacity, technique, performance, endurance, assist with injury prevention or skill development.
The programs will be prescribed in a gym and structured to your current fitness level. Time will be spent ensuring that all the exercises are performed correctly and correct resistance levels are used.
Hand outs of your program will be provided with pictures and exercise descriptions. Follow up sessions in the gym can be used to review technique, reassess goals and progress exercises as performance improves.
